Does my crew need to download an app?
No. The portal runs in any web browser, on phones, tablets and computers. Your crew opens a link and logs in. They can also save it to their phone's home screen so it opens just like an app.
Is our information secure?
Every company gets its own separate portal and database, so your information is never mixed in with anyone else's. Everyone has their own login, and managers decide who can see what. Security is built in from the start, not added on later.
Does the portal pay my crew?
No. It adds up everyone's hours and pay for each pay period so the numbers are ready for you. You still pay your crew the way you do today, through your bank or payroll provider.
Can the portal be changed to fit how we work?
Yes. On the Managed plan you can ask for changes anytime. Brand new features built just for you come with a one time cost, agreed on before any work starts. If you own your portal outright, your own team handles changes, or we can quote them.
What's the difference between Managed and Own it outright?
With Managed, you pay monthly and we take care of everything behind the scenes. With Own it outright, you pay once, we hand the portal over, and your team runs it. Most companies without an IT person go with Managed.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the size of your crew and what you need set up. We'll give you a clear timeline on your demo, before you commit to anything.
